Why this blend works

Ragi is one of the richest plant sources of calcium, but calcium alone doesn’t build bones. Your body needs magnesium and phosphorus to absorb it. Khapli naturally provides both. Blended together, they create a lighter, more digestible atta than pure ragi—one that delivers minerals your body can actually use, in food your family already eats daily.

How you should use this

Use just like regular atta. Mix 1 cup flour with ¾ cup water, knead for 2 minutes, rest for 15 minutes, then roll and cook on a hot tawa for 1–2 minutes per side. No special techniques required.
