Returns & Refunds Policy
Seventy Thirty, operated by Red Otter Farms Private Limited, sells packaged food products intended for household consumption. This Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to comply with Indian consumer protection laws while ensuring food safety and product integrity.
Due to the nature of packaged food products, returns are not accepted once delivery has been completed, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery. In such cases, customers must notify us within twenty-four hours of delivery by contacting customer support and providing relevant photographs and order details. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or a refund, either in full or in part.
Products that have been opened, consumed, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Requests raised beyond the stipulated timeframe may not be accepted.
Approved refunds are processed within seven to ten business days from the date of approval. Refunds are ordinarily credited to the customer’s internal wallet or store credit account. If the wallet has not been activated, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights available under applicable Indian laws.
