Welcome to Seventy Thirty, a health-focused food brand owned and operated by Red Otter Farms Private Limited(“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.seventythirty.health and any related digital services, tools, or features (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.

Seventy Thirty is a brand of Red Otter Farms Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 146/B3, Ground Floor, Shahpurjat, New Delhi – 110049, Corporate Identification Number U01100DL2019PTC350161, and GSTIN 07AAJCR6045E1ZD. All sales, payments, fulfilment, and customer relationships on this Platform are undertaken by Red Otter Farms Private Limited.

You must be at least eighteen years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. Red Otter Farms Private Limited shall not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

All products sold under the Seventy Thirty brand are packaged food products, including grain flours, atta blends, and related staples. Product descriptions, nutritional information, and pricing are provided in good faith. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as clearly indicated at checkout. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment through authorized third-party payment gateways. Cash on Delivery is not offered, and all orders placed on the Platform must be prepaid at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to collect payment for the products purchased along with applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are indicative and may vary due to logistics constraints or circumstances beyond our control. While we make reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates, exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk and title in the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

Requests for order modification or cancellation may be made only before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Detailed terms relating to cancellations, returns, and refunds are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy applicable to this Platform.

All intellectual property on the Platform, including brand names, logos, product images, content, and designs, are the exclusive property of Red Otter Farms Private Limited. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Red Otter Farms Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Otter Farms Private Limited from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, the Grievance Officer for the Platform is Mr. Brij Satija, President, who may be contacted at contact@redotterfarms.in or +91 93158 11181, with correspondence addressed to the registered office. All grievances will be acknowledged within forty-eight hours and resolved within one month.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
